Forte/Piano Summer Academy 2024 with Chamber Music Collective, Piano Tech Academy & Showcase
The Forte/Piano Summer Academy will take place from July 28-August 3, 2024 at Cornell University. CMC’s international experts in the history and performance of eighteenth- and nineteenth- century music, with a Tech Academy (August 2-3) focused on the Stein-Streicher dynasty of piano makers and representative instruments in the Center’s collection. The week will culminate on August 2-3 with a Forte/Piano Showcase with a series of concerts, presentations, and roundtable discussions featuring distinguished performing artists, teachers, and rising stars.
The deadline to apply for CMC is March 15, 2024 and Piano Tech is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Grant 2024
The DEI committee invites proposals for a grant award of $1,500 for a scholarly or creative project that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion either within the keyboard field generally or within a particular community. See details on the grant programs webpage The deadline is February 2, 2024.
